The walls began to go up this week on Rowan County’s newest spec building in the Summit Corporate Center. Keith Corp. and Choate Construction are jointly developing this 100,000 sf industrial facility. It joins the Easter Creek spec building in Granite Quarry in Rowan County’s inventory of new available buildings. We look forward to welcoming a company to this facility soon! .
