Granite Quarry Spec Building I Now Available

In a few short months, it’s gone from a field to becoming Rowan County’s premier spec building. It’s getting a lot of interest and generating demand for additional buildings in the Granite Quarry Industrial Park. Thanks to the Board of Commissioners, the Town of Granite Quarry and Easter Creek Partners for making it happen. We’re looking forward to welcoming a new company and the related jobs to this facility soon!
